How do people of faith talk about mental health?  What does emotional wellness look like?  Join us for a conversation with Rev. Dr. Brooke Petersen about mental and emotional health and our religious life.  We will learn more about anxiety and depression, consider ways we might think more creatively about our own wellness, and will also have time to ask questions about the confusing messages we may have heard about mental illness in the life of faith.  Brooke is a therapist at HT Lakeview in the Spiritual Life Center as well as an adjunct professor in Pastoral Care at LSTC and McCormick.
